The temperature settings are at the warmest for both, the fridge and the freezer, and the temperatures are still too cold. I don't have a thermometer in my freezer, but recently I found that my vodka was frozen. So it must be at least -35 to -40 Celsius. I wish I could find a way to be more energy efficient. This is what cause most damage to any refrig. The unit not being able to pass air around it to cool. You should make sure that there is nothing block the temp probe you should be able to see one it sounds like it is the one in your frezzer it may not be sensing the temp . make sure there no ice on it to this will act as and insolator and it will to work right.
